We are a team of hard working and client driven individuals who will go the extra mile to get the job done.

Meet the team behind Mayhem

Kylie-Ann Mayer
Owner/Managing Director
Kylie is the CEO and owner at Mayhem. Her main focus is to oversee our larger client needs and keep Mayhem‘s staff fresh, innovative and continually growing and learning. Previously Kylie was a Creative Manager at Aust. Consolidated Press. With over 20 years’ experience Kylie is extremely passionate about the work she does and the clients we choose to work with. In her spare time she loves spending time doing yoga, enjoying the ocean and her family.

Anne Taylor
Senior Event & Operations Manager
Anne has been with Mayhem for over 7 years in which her priority is to ensure events are delivered on time, within budget and meet client expectations. She is also responsible for communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project internally and externally. Previously Anne was a national account manager. Anne loves to go out on her boat, cook and read!

Sam Liddle
National Sales Manager
Sam is responsible for assisting clients and developing promotional product campaigns. She is a vibrant, energetic, passionate and dedicated sales and marketing professional, not afraid to ‘roll her sleeves up’ and just get the job done. Sam enjoys spending time with friends and family and walks along the beach.

Brigette Pecora
National Account Manager
Brigette’s role at Mayhem is to introduce and nurture client relationships within the merchandise department. It is her passion to match a client’s merchandise requirements with creative and innovative promotional branding solutions. Brigette loves her family, her dog Fudge, friends, cooking and travelling.

Tegan Watts
Event Manager
Tegan has worked in the Event Industry for over 7 years. In this time she has worked on events ranging from Gala Balls, to Wine Maker dinners and all the way to a variety of expos. Tegan is passionate about sport, travelling, good food and wine.

Caitlyn Purnell
Event Coordinator
Caitlyn is an Event Coordinator and has a bachelor’s degree in journalism. She loves creating video content and conducting interviews for our clients. She is also responsible for marketing, social media, web development and graphic design. Caitlyn is passionate about soccer and outdoor activities.

Jeremy Cott
Event Coordinator
Jeremy is an Event Coordinator who started in the events industry working on outdoor festivals. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Music majoring in singing, and specialises in the audio visual of an event and technical support. Along with music, he is also a sports fanatic.

Ella Cooke
Junior Event Coordinator
Ella completed her Diploma of Event Management in 2016 before coming on board to further her knowledge in the Event Industry. She is responsible for assisting with events at Mayhem and also working alongside the merchandise team. Ella likes to spend her weekends with family and friends and enjoys weekends away.

Natalie Morris
Accounts Department
Natalie is responsible for managing all financial records at Mayhem. Natalie has been with Mayhem for 11 years and will continue to grow with Mayhem. Previously she was an Assistant Club General Manager. Natalie enjoys playing and reffing basketball and spending time with her family!
